These Terms of Use explain how you may use the Teeny Tiny Mimi mobile app and this website. They are published by Xapner (“we”, “us”). By using the app or website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or site.
1. Who this is for
Teeny Tiny Mimi is a preschool learning product for young children, used with a parent or carer. Grown-ups are responsible for supervising use and for any account, store, or payment decisions.
2. The app and website
- The app is free to download. Optional grown-up support (for example via our Support page) is never required to use the learning content.
- iOS builds in the Apple Kids Category do not include advertising. The Android version may show limited, child-directed ads — see our Privacy Policy.
- We may update, pause or stop the app or website. We will try to keep important legal pages current.
3. Acceptable use
Please use Teeny Tiny Mimi only for its intended educational and entertainment purpose. You must not:
- Copy, scrape or redistribute our characters, artwork, voice clips or branding without permission
- Attempt to break, reverse-engineer or abuse the app, website or related services
- Use the product in any way that harms children or breaks the law
4. Intellectual property
Teeny Tiny Mimi, Mimi, Arwa and related characters, logos, artwork, audio and text are owned by Xapner or used under licence. App Store and Google Play are trademarks of their respective owners. YouTube content follows YouTube’s terms when that section is used.
5. Third-party services
Optional parts of the product may use third parties (for example Apple, Google Play, Google AdMob on Android, YouTube for selected videos, and PayPal on the Support page). Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” for learning and play. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every device will behave the same. To the extent allowed by law, Xapner is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app or website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under UK or other applicable law.

8. Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
